AppletHub Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AppletHub, run by AI Lawyer Lab LLC, a California limited liability company ("we", "us"), collects and what we do with it.
The short version
- Your Applets are yours. No one at AppletHub reads your Instructions or your conversations with the AI Expertise Engineer (the Engineer), unless you choose Help improve AppletHub.
- What you put into an Applet is used only for that run. We do not use it for anything else, and the person who made the Applet cannot see it.
- Nothing is used to train AI models, by us or by the AI providers we use.
- We look at usage statistics, such as which features are used and where things go wrong, never the content.
What we collect
- Account: your email, password (stored encrypted by our sign-in provider) or Google sign-in, nickname, the invitation code or shared link you joined through, and your data choice.
- Your Applets: Instructions, Interface, settings, versions, notes, conversations with the Engineer, and the Engineer's working notes on each Applet.
- Your runs: inputs, results and follow-up messages. For uploaded files we keep the extracted text and the file name, not the file.
- Credit and usage: credit balance, cost per run, prices paid and earned, and any credit requests you send.
- Bookmarks: the Applets you bookmark.
- Waitlist: your email and the optional line you write.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser) and a sign-in cookie. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your data choice
- Private (default): no one at AppletHub reads your Instructions or Engineer conversations.
- Help improve AppletHub (optional): our team may review your Applets and Engineer conversations to make the Engineer better. You can switch this off at any time in Account settings.
Inputs and results from runs are never included, whatever you choose.
We will only look at your content without your permission if the law requires it, or to investigate a serious security or abuse issue.
Who else sees your data
- People you share with see your Applet's name, description, your nickname and any examples you attach. If the Applet is Open source, they also see the Instruction.
- Featuring: we may feature Public and Open source Applets, with their name, description, your nickname and examples, on our website, in emails and in other publications.
- Makers never see who runs their Applets, or their inputs or results. If a Maker charges for use, they see only how many runs and people there were, and what they earned.
- Our service providers handle data only to run AppletHub:

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- We keep your data while you have an account.
- You can delete a run or an Applet at any time.
- Deleting your account deletes your Applets, versions, runs, Engineer conversations and credit records. Backups are cleared within 7 days.
- If you ran someone else's Applet, your past runs stay in your account even if that Applet is removed.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account's data is kept separate in the database. No system is perfectly secure; we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your data.
Your rights
You can see, change, export or delete your data in the app, or by writing to contact@applethub.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law. Contact us and we will help.
Children
AppletHub is not for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will tell you in the app first.
